Is our information stored in a secure place?

All of Quantum Pearl Idolise data is encrypted at transit and rest and stored in our repository in Australia.  The Quantum Pearl team ensures data security is a priority. 

How does Quantum Pearl Idolise work?

The Quantum Pearl Idolise platform provides a platform for users to be seen and heard their stardom to be born.  It provides the ability for users to upload in real-time videos (3 minutes) of them singing new songs (all kinds of genre), instrumentals (all kinds of genre), cover songs, comedy acts, drama etc. 
The mobility-based application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play allows users to upload pre-recorded video’s, record a video or record a clip in real time.  Quantum Pearl will schedule a challenge where users will compete against each other.
The Quantum Pearl Idolise application has introduced The Challenge where users will compete against each other.  The users will have the opportunity to sing a cover song, perform and comedy act or perform a dance etc.  There will be a ladder system with finals and users with the most likes will proceed to the next round.  The ladder system will rank users to perform live against another (dependent on rank 1 v 8, 2 v 7. 3 v 6 and 4 v 5 the users with the most likes will proceed to the next round, the winner of the grand final will win a prize.

What are the challenges in the app about?

The Quantum Pearl Idolise challenge is driven by the Quantum Pearl team selecting a song for users to sing and record for example Quantum Pearl maybe want users to sing John Farnham song You're the Voice.  The Challenge will be open for a duration for example 1 week.  There will be a ladder system where users with the most likes in the top 8 for example battle against each other where they can upload their round two song until the reach the quarter finals, semi finals and then the grand final, the winner will be determined by the most likes. Another challenge could be dancing, instruments, art or comedy etc.

What are the prizes for the challenges in the app

We will initially commence with either a year free subscription or a voucher.  The vision is to have recording, TV, movie, streaming, dance companies offering the Quantum Pearl Idolise users who have won the competition a contract to record live in their studios, when this is available we must abide to the contest regulations including any permits required.

Who is the sponsor of the prizes?

Quantum Pearl will be sponsoring either the 1 year subscription to the Quantum Pearl idolise platform or the vouchers.

Can a user delete a video?

The Quantum Pearl Idolise platform allows users to delete videos.  The Quantum Pearl Idolise administrative team will review and audit videos to ensure they adhere to all our terms and conditions of not uploading or recoding videos such as but not limited to nudity, violence etc.

Does the Quantum Pearl idolise application allow you to upload, view or download videos?

The Quantum Pearl Idolise application allows you to upload, view and download all video’s however any video download will be owned by the user who uploaded or recorded the video, clip or challenge.

Does the Quantum Pearl application allow you to view or download videos?

The Quantum Pearl Idolise application allows you to only view videos on the dashboard or what you have previously seen via History in the menu.   Users can download another users video however must agree to a Quantum Pearl Idolise disclaimer that they are not able to resell or reuse the song without permission from the user and Quantum Pearl Idolise team.

How to cancel Subscription?

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Select "Payments & subscriptions" and then "Subscriptions".
4. Choose the subscription you want to cancel and tap "Cancel subscription".
5. Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
